I think you can use ssml tags for that. Look at the ssml tab in text box.
You have to do it manually.

Very useful, TheStrongest, thanks for sharing! The quality of the voices is almost as good as the ones on ContentSamurai.com. I couldn't find the 3 dots you mention, but you can use the black bar graph that controls the volume, length, etc. of the recording to download by right-clicking anywhere on that bar.

IBM is just a tech company like Apple and Google. They created this website for testing purpose and expects its use to be for testing purposes.

Actually a lot of people use this or almost 2 years now..it's everywhere on youtube and how to use it, i myself used it for top10videos + other niches and even sales pitches, BUT i always put it through AUDACITY first and change the bass boost, treble boost normalize it etc. so the voice sounds more appealing, keep that in mind, also using it right now with the Korean Language for other purposes like making money out of mockbang and other streamers. It's insanely good.
And guys, even if it has been uploaded, don't forget everyday someone turns 18, or uses this website for his first time, so reuploads, can help. In the end if it comes to selling we do the same shit over and over again sometimes with new tweaks but it's the same old shit, we steal the reciepe, we make the bread, we sell it.

Here are some tips
I have been playing around with this a little bit.
If you pick the right voice and use Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) or Voice Transformation SMML, you can control the voice with loudness, pauses and other things. I have not found a manual or cheat sheet for this. You can listen to demos which explain what is being accomplished.
I do not know the maximum text length (like number of words) or MP3 file size. I have run into a problem of it not putting the last word into the MP3 file. To get around this, I added a couple of lines and put in a miscellaneous word, testing. That seemed to work.
To save a file as an MP3 file, change synthesize to synthesize.mp3 and save it. This works for me.
