[Method] get free, unique content in your niche

I don't know if this method has been shared before. This way you can get free content in your niche - it probably will not be quality enough for the money site, but it will surely be a nice thing for a blog-type web2.0.

Search google for forums in your niche. You will need a lot, so if you have only few results - broaden your niche. Now you have a list of forums.
So, how to get unique content? Just think what a "unique content" is. It is a content not seen by google.
So create a user on each of the forums.
Open two windows of your browser. One normaly and one in anonymous mode. This way you can be logged in the forum on one window and logged out on the other.
Now compare your rights to access different categories. There might be even some categories hidden for the logged out user.

Everything the logged out user cannot see is what (most of times) google bot can't see neither. So look for posts from reputable members, guides, tutorials, reviews etc. They tend to be long enough for a blogpost.

Optionally you can check the content on copyscape (someone could be faster than you).
Now just copy the post to your web2.0.

Nice method to help out the members here. Kind of a 2 birds / 1 stone idea when you think about it ... consider that you spend a few hours searching forums in your niche, make a list, join them all to harvest web 2.0 content ... and then you're already there to promote your money site in the sig lines

Aren't the content posted in the threads indexed in google ? Even if you find articles you will have to take some time to fix it. You will have to edit it as per your requirement.

Its a good method but will not work for big forums.

In some cases you will not be able to view a page in a forum when you are not logged in but google will be able to crawl and index it. You should also search the url where the post is in google and check the cached version.

Usually (not always), the content available only for logged users is not indexed by google. As I wrote - not always - sometimes google bot finds its way to index them somehow.

In the case of BHW, I believe Google indexes our posts. Just yesterday, I saw BHW posts on Google's SERPs.

Yes, it does cause posts are viewable for not logged users. Only vip sections have any limitations to view them
