sorry but this method is stupid
if you're a photography website maybe it's believable
but how are you going to explain why you are a photographer but your website is about best wifi routers 2020?
(I won't go over all the other problems with this method, such as the risk of getting charged with extortion)

You can set up a fake photographer website if you feel more comfortable, and then make a 301 to your money site when you get enough backlinks. I didn't proceed like this but it's a good idea.

sorry but this is not practical. first of all, 301 doesn't always help with rankings, especially when the 2 websites are not related. in this case the 2 websites would definitely not be related, because if your money site had anything to do with photography you wouldn't need to 301 in the first place.
also, if you're going to 301 then why go through all this trouble of emailing 100s of people to get one backlink? just buy an aged domain for $300 and be done with it.
