Method - get backlinks the BH way

Here is a BH method to get links from established websites.

1. Go to any stock images site, select an image of your choice and copy it's url

2. With Google image do a reverse image search and find all the websites using this image

3. Go to these sites and contact their webmaster, tell them you are the photographer/owner of the pic, and since they didn't pay you the fees to use it you don't allow them to show it on their site. Then tell them as an exception you are okay to let them use it in exchange of a backlink to your site. Bam, when they reply give them your url for the backlink :)

4. Rince and repeat with thousands other images

Better work with a VA for this method as it's a bit time consuming but very effective to get some quality juice.

Had similar approach once.
"Lawyer" told I got some images and have to pay 3000€ :D
Had elaborate 5 page document showing my "failings" in copyright
 
A nice twist to the old trick to state you are the owner of copyrighted material and use it for backlinks.

Asking for money and avoid going to trial is when it gets heavily black to my taste
 
did you already try it? its not that easy, what is the proof? or maybe they just gonna ignoring you
 
Or you can go the other way, contact real copyright owner, connect them with copyright attorneys, ask for CPA
 
Yes I tried it and I got some links easily. I had a good looking website and an email associated with a domain name. I don't know if it would work as good with an amateur blogger blog and a gmail adress, but I guess it depends on how you write your first email and how convincing you are.
I did it in my country in EU, not US.

If they tell you they purchased the image, yes just move on :)
