After I shared my Shopify guides the number of people who have implemented and found success with their stores have gone through the roof. Honestly, I didn't expect so many of you to take action but I am really glad that you guys jumped in and started making money right from the word go. Now let's kick things up a notch. In this guide, I will show you how to get a huge payday from your stores every few months and then rinse and repeat the whole process.

This isn't going to be as huge as my previous guide but do read and implement this and you will make a killing. You could consider this as a part 3 of the other 2 guides. So if you haven't read them yet go and read them here -

    Part 1 -

Okay, first of all you will need to create a successful store. If you haven't created one already follow the above threads and you will learn exactly how to do so. Before we jump into the process, when I say successful it could be as little as $100 net profit. You will need to continue to earn for at least two to three months. The more the better.

Then once your store is generating a passive income of $XXX amount you are going to flip it. Yes, flipping is nothing new and everyone knows how to do it. But I have gotten so many questions about scaling up after starting to make money with Shopify that I had to create this thread. Generally, even if your store makes a $100/month of passive income you can easily flip it for $2000.

So let me break down the process. Firstly you will create your store and make sure it's generating a monthly revenue. Then head over to Flippa or EmpireFlippers. Both are great platforms to flip websites. With EmpireFlippers you can get a lot more then 20x per site but it works best for larger sites. It will depend on how big your your business it but with Flippa you can sell pretty much any stores. You will be surprised how much demand these dropshipping stores have. Make sure you write a proper salescopy. As your copy is everything when it comes to getting a high price for your store. If you need help with creating a salescopy just let me know below and I will create another thread for it. And some tips to create a successful listing is make sure you mention that you will give them all your ad copies/images, buyers list, suppliers etc. The more bonuses you give the more bids you will get. And since you already know the targeting and products that worked for you, you can easily rinse and repeat the whole process. And that's how you really scale up and bank with your stores over and over again. I hope I was able to give a bigger picture to really bank hard with your droppshipping business. I made this guide to show you what is really possible with a dropshipping business and give you the real big picture.

This is great! Love you guides. But do you think it would be better to just build the store up even further? Or just sell it for the short term profit?

    You definitely should.

You can do both actually but you should keep in mind that selling it is always an option if you want to cash out at any time.

When selling a site like this do you also provide them with the winning campaigns or how does that work out? Thanks for the guides man you've been on fire lately ;) Also I'm wondering if pages should be made on new accounts so that it's easier to transfer them along with the site?

Great share but before I check it out... does it cover the topics of TRAFFIC and CONVERSION thoroughly? Does the guide focus primarily on paid traffic sources?

    All the best mate.

Yes, I give out all the winning campaigns and sometimes the whole ad account. Haha anytime man. You can just make them admin and make them remove you.

Yes and Yes. I do cover those topics and yes this guide is primarily focused on paid traffic sources but I will also show how to be profitable before investing anything.

I didn't read the the full post just the beginning but I really don't think you can flip it for 20X. I don't think they like to see that all the traffic is coming from Facebook. Because then they have to run their own ads.

And is it not kinda stupid?!? I mean scale that shit up. Why sell for 2000 if you can scale to 10k revenue each day? And make way more.

And also, you cannot flip the site for 20X for sure if on flippa. If you do manage to sell it (which is hard because it's all paid ads) it's more like 10X

Empire flippers has a strict approval process and they really like to make sure the site is legit. That's why you can sell for up to 20X. Empire flippers will not waste time on checking a site a site making 100 a month. They want sites to sell that would sell for 20k+

Firstly, selling a site for 20x is the minimum I would sell a site for and that's pretty much the average. Now this number is not written in stone and yes of course it will vary. As I stated in the thread this is an 'option' someone with a successful Shopify store has at their disposal. I also mentioned Empire Flippers is for larger sites and when I said $100 it was an example. The previous guides are for making $100 a day with their store and if someone can't even achieve that goal I don't see why anyone would bother to consider selling their sites in the first place.

But instead of selling it, why not scale. Way more profitable. Instead of making 1-10k, you could make 100k in revenue, or more.

When store gets big, support requirement increases..kills your time!
It is way more easy to create multiple stores of different niche than depending up on one store.
However, you're right about scaling a store but it makes more sense if you actual build/manufacture your own products..

Support requirement increases? No problem, hire a VA. Or just done anwser.

And what does manufacturing your own products have anything to do with this. To me that sounds like a bad idea. Then it's definitely hard to scale because you could he getting 500+ sales a day.

And also if you do follow nihalsad and try and sell the website. You can't. People want passive businesses, not ones where they manufacture a product.

I'm just refering to scaling a online store business model..
If you own a manufacturing unit then scaling a online store makes more sense...You have a brand, store & possible affiliate network around it.
Whereas on affiliate stores, you have less control. You control only drop-shipping that involves risks of item return etc.. No doubt it is profitable but scaling it certainly involves financial risks..

Certainly there are risks. But it's not a big problem.

My brother scaled a product recently. Lots got stuck in customs. Does he care? No.

He made way more money then he lost.
Those that did paypal dispute are too stupid to escalate. He got some charge backs but its such a small amount compared to how much he made.

And if you own a Manufacturing unit that's a huge investment too that most don't have. And they carries it's risk of failing too. Also you don't know which product will sell well. You might have to go through 20 before you get a good one. And then setting up mamaufacturing for that would take lots of time.
And that's a completly different business, one is dropshipping, the other is owning a product and brand and manufacturing

You could order bulk to a fulfiment center but that could cut into your margins alot, or maybe you won't be able to get rid of it.

Which ever route you go, there's financial risk.

Yes, scaling is a very viable option but once someone gets a good understanding of how ecom works, I would recommend jumping onto FBA because that's way more sustainable and lucrative and that's where the real money is. And the reason I put flipping as an option here is because a lot of people trying this method don't like paid advertising and don't want to invest thousands in FB ads.

Yes, to really scale up in e-commerce we should definitely create our own products.

To create a brand (own products) we don't need a manufacturing unit, all someone has to do is move over to Alibaba and private label but well that's a whole different thing altogether and yes fulfillment centers do cut down the profit margins but you don't have to spend $ on Facebook ads and this is concern for many.

Where you live has nothing to do with this.
