I was on offervault searching some Offers per lead, but i dont know how much payout is good.
Is 4$ for leads a good choice?

Sure, most adult offers pay from $4-20 depending on the traffic location.

Pick up offers with good EPC.

You're a beginner, bro. So stick to ONE method at the time, start with re-selling services or smth like that (Leith has wonderful thread about it, search...).

I don't count it like that, depends on the niche and offers as well.
 
Thanks for the great method OP! Well i'm not allowed to post links, but for the record: 'The Lazy Pig' shared that similar adult ebook creation method back in 2008 (search for him).
Although the traffic is coming from torrents not mail lists, it does not make any difference...great share!
