One thing that could probably increase the success rate is setting up a simple landing page for your e-book and send the people to it via e-mail.
I think a lot of people are more willing to download something from a website instead from a random e-mail. It is just more trustworthy.
Also if your landing page is good you can kinda pre-sell the e-book so that people who go there are more willing to trust it and follow all the steps.
(Fake testimonials, Author bio etc.)

Another thing is you can check which countries are paid at your PPL campaign and if i.e. Germany is in the list you can also search for german e-mail addresses ( yahoo.de instead of yahoo.com etc.)

You don't quite get it do you. Yes the traffic is coming from ebooks, However your ebooks are being illegally emailed. Networks wont just assume you have a great downloadable ebook and let it pass.

When you go from zero downloads to possibly hundreds / thousands in days that is going to set off so many red flags on the network it's unreal. They simply will not pay out once the ad network tells them that something fishy is going on.

So I think the fact that these poor people who try this method WILL be banned and lose income then yes it's very relevant to this thread.

All the major email services also have a global spam filter now, gmail, outlook etc that stops your email from even getting to the inbox if enough people mark it as spam (which they will) it then blocks it from everyone's inbox, not just that one person who marked it.

A little research goes a long way.

The fishy thing that is going on will get targeted traffic for advertisers, would anyone complain ?! - Surely no, I've tried it and worked, if you still doubt and fear the ban, talk to your aFF manager, it always helps.

About the spam filters, however, it's true, but as I said, 80% of them have been delivered to their inbox (depending on the traffic too), you can't run a long term with this method, just a few hours of work and you're done.

Get first payment, move on or scale up and 'outsource' as we IMers love to say ^^

The problem with this method is the CAN-SPAM Act

In order to not violate the law (cover your ass) one must include physical postal address and opt out link
