I have been selling websites on flippa for the last 5 years and I prefer to build a website for a full year that way I have a better chance to get a decent sale.
It's better if you have consistent traffic and atleast a few months revenue.
With all five websites not one sold for less than $1200 a site. The highest one sold for $2700.
The $200 per week strategy might work but you would need to create 10 plus websites to sell even one.

If your wesite get traffic and income, why do you want to sell it? it could passive income in coming years
Probably most people sell because either they have diffuculty in mainting the website for along run or they just need 10X 20X 30X sometimes even more in quick time.

You will never know what will happen in the future. Google is unpredictable and to avoid a losing all my traffic and income I decide to sell it, use the money on something else and build new site.
With one of my other sites which I have planned to sell last month I got hit with a google penalty and lost 50% of my traffic and I couldn't get it sold eventhough the earnings remained the same.

I don't have such experience, what if you're using share hosting, you maybe have a few websites then is it safe to provide your CPanel login detail to the buyer?

It is amazon affiliate site or adsense site?
You can share your cpanel details if you have only single domain hosted. For multiple domains create a backup zip file of all files and database and share it with the buyer

I build Amazon affiliate websites. But all the sites have Adsense on it.

If other people do somthing wrong on your site, it will result in your account banned?

I never had that problem but it can happen if someone hacks my site and use my store id elsewhere where it's not allowed.
Otherwise I dont see how it can happen

You sell your websites then the buyer do something wrong on the website, it is dangerous for your affiliate and adsense account?

If I sell the site then I remove it from my Amazon affiliate website list.
And the buyer should remove all the affiliate links and replace it with its own. Otherwise the seller will loose out in commission.

On average these sites made around $50 a month and sell for $1200.

$50 a month from amazon affiliate can sell for $1200, amazing. So you still do this businese and decide to do it in future? making website then sell it
