That was actually for " flippa listing & success fee (OPTIONAL)." I meant you can sell elsewhere like I sold on FB groups 3 sites.
Yes you can people are selling automated news websites there only thing is you won't get much for starter sites $80 to $150 is an average price you can assume. Some even sell for $60. More than traffic earnings are important. But in case of starter sites traffic will give you chance to get a bit more maybe. My experience is limited to selling freshly created starter sites.
I just paid the listing fees it should be obvious as it's just a starter site. Dunno what people say but you can check yourself how many starter sites are sold every hour/day
