Ok man it seems a good idea but i've some question:
1- where your ads appears? like a link-comment or what?
2- your multiple accounts works to drop their followers traffic in your main big account, right?
3- How it works your method exactly? You chat privately with random users asking them to rp4rp directly or not?
Explain better your strategy, some point are very difficult to understand.

You don't need an app to put your link (OGADS LINK??) just you can edit your uploaded image with ifunny captions.
anyway i have some doubt about this strategy...putting your url into the image the risk to be banned is very very high. And then what you promote? Random contents proposed by OGADS? I'm sorry kid, i don't think all that you told is true..

Too many points about your strategy are not clear enough.
How can it possible that you're not kicked yet from there?
I just wanna see much better how it works, so you can just show us some examples like an image that you post there frequently.
It's simple to do, just some image kid here (hiding your personal info of course).
I hope you understand now..

This method is good but you need a REALLY good niche because the audience of this app won't believe in such things as "free iphone", etc. Well, they will but only a small percentage.
Plus, the major downside of the app is that you can't post clickable links. This will decrease a lot your earnings if you don't have a friendly and easy to remember link because people need to type it manually in the browser. Will they type it? Yes they will but it is way easier to just click the link, like in the instagram app.
Don't post spam comments, it is a bit hard to spam there (but not impossible) and if your account gets reported more than a few times, it gets banned.
