Today I want to share with you something a little more personal.

I created this step-by-step instructional video/thread for you guys on how to create your own script/bot for AddMeFast or any other social media signal-exchange service.



What is AddMeFast/YouLikeHits or Social Media Signal-Exchange Sites?

  • Social Media Signal-Exchange sites are networks where users from all over the world come and exchange social signals (Likes, Views, +1's, followers, etc..). It is usually based on a points system. Each user collect points by liking,following,viewing, etc other member's social media. In return the user can offer those points to other users and in return grow their own social media.

Notes:
  1. You need the latest version of Firefox installed.
  2. You need the lastest version of the iMacros for Firefox Add-On installed.
  3. Although the scope of this video appears to be only for AddMeFast, the concept is still applicable to any other similar network.

When playing the iMacros:
  1. You must have logged into your social media account prior to playing it.
  2. You must use the "Remember Me" feature on the AddMeFast website.
  3. You must click on "Play Loop" button when playing the script, not the "Play" button at the top.

This is the basic concept, you can go through the wiki.imacros resource I put up and play around with different ideas. You can turn these into some very powerful tools if you just think outside the box.

My hopes is that now as a community we may move away from seeing a whole bunch of AMF script/bot threads and inspire some more advanced threads with a little more complexity.

Thanks a lot very nicely explained
i prefer coming back to tab 1 using "closeallothers". This "close" is bit unreliable, sometimes it closes tab 1 (closing the whole browser all together), Have you ever faced any such problems? (probably my browser is old)

Thank you for your input. "CLOSEALLOTHERS" is also a good way to achieving the same result.

If you're having problems with all the tabs closing, an easy way to delay that is to simply open several blank tabs after the working tab (Tab 1 & Tab 2)
 
It's about time I start creating bots myself! Will definitely try setting it up!

Heh, I agree but I can't say that I'm not guilty of this myself.

The first script I released was passworded.
