You should first open the AWS homepage.
Select Create AWS Account.
Enter your account information.
Enter your personal information.
Enter your personal credit card information.
Enter your personal cell phone information.
Verify your identity, including by uploading a photo ID or by phone.
Provide a valid email address and set a password.
Once your AWS account is created successfully, you can start selecting and configuring EC2 instances
It's as simple as that.
