You read the title, flipping dirtbikes. This template can be applied to flipping anything, gaming pc’s, four wheelers, MacBooks, etc. but I like dirtbikes because they hold their value extremely well, low risk, high ticket, great margins, and sell very, very fast and you can have fun riding them in the mean time.
How to get them cheap : Your opening line should ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS BE....
“ Can you come down on that price? “
I’ve been flipping for years before I started my agency, but this was my bread and butter and still is when I go to buy something.
This puts the ball in their court, and they usually drop the price 15-35% right then and there, and you still haven’t put out a number.
They give you a number, then you go
“ Yeah I hear you, I was really thinking $x,xxx , down another 15-25% of their number.”
they say : that price is really low man, I’ve got offers already for $x,xxx
you say : I hear you brother, a lot of people make offers like that but they arent Actually ready to buy.
they say : well I mean yeah.. if you can do $x,xxx it’s yours.. +5-10% of your price
you say : man, if you meet me in the middle I’ll do it. - 3-7% of their last offer..
they say : if you come get it today I’ll do that.
you just got a $2,000 dirtbike for $1,100-$1,500. Or a $1,000 pc for $500-$600.
Now take good quality pictures, clean up your dirtbike / pc / whatever. And list it on all the platforms below.
If you want to sell it for $1,500, list it for $2,200-$2,400. People will always lowball you.
rinse and repeat for an easy 5-10k a month.
Works like a charm, this template can be applied to flipping anything, if you don’t have the money to do dirtbikes which are by far the best, close seconds are gaming computers and MacBooks.
Best brands to flip : Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda
Best sizes to flip : 250, 450, 2 stroke 125, you can also do 4 stroke 125 but those 3 are the best.
Where to buy and sell : Facebook marketplace, local Facebook groups, OfferUp, Craigslist.
Tips: In flipping the money is always made when you buy the product.
learn enough about the products to know if they’re in good condition. For dirtbikes it is #1 compression test, #2 make sure it idles good #3 gears shift smoothly #4 starts up first few kicks
From 16-19 I lived off of doing this, flipping Nike / air Jordan shoes ($2,500 / month) but like I said, dirtbikes and computers are the best for this profit and turnover wise, and will allow you to reach that 10k mark.
