The traffic method works very well. Instead of posting links in groups, make the people contact you. You'll get A LOT of messages, like really a lot. However, as you can imagine 3rd tier hungry traffic does not want to spend time or money on anything. So the CPM/CPA is terrible. To be perfectly honest - if you write your "job posting" well, you will also get EU and US traffic as well, but not much.

You can’t now. It requires 100+ posts on forum and your account should be older than 6 months.
took me about a day, i have all ad options enabled.
