I made my first ever GroupPosts today on a old FB account. Not too many posts, but I got 20 messages fast and from the replies a couple clicks. I think Ill use GroupPosts to promote my own projects, but very neat.
Why did my messages pour in on Messager then drop drastically? Is there something to know about the Messager app on FB because I have limited knowledge on it.

What would happen if you had a messager bot like Manychat to automate sending of the link? Think it may work. With email it would be done with the vacation responder.
This method could probably work for Copy/Writers and other more digital deliveries. Really anything to flood your inbox would work... Im thinking some sort of giveaway too. Like maybe give away: Favicons, AI Art, Top Trending Ecomm Product listings, lists/how to's for MMO

Most groups won't accept you.
I'm trying this now with a different traffic source as I wasn't getting many replies on FB groups (I've joined a few groups with 10+ posts/day). Most likely because most freelancers are in SE Asia and Middle East timezones and are still sleeping.
I'm not sure how feasible and scalable this is.

You shared a solid method to generate traffic. I think there are better ways to monitization of this traffic than using link shrink websites. You can use graphics design software affiliate links etc.

If someone sends me a link containing 15s ads, I will turn it off immediately. Also, many groups never allow posting strange links.

I haven't tried this method, but I've worked with Linkvertise company before, and they have already paid me thousands of dollars. However, it was not for URL shortening. I've worked with them for Search Feeds, which is something totally different. It's the same company tho (same domain and company). They operate the link shortener business but they also have the Search feed branch, which was the one I worked with (this one you have to fill out an application and have an extension/media buying experience). The payments were spot on, very friendly managers. See the picture below for the payments. Again, it was for the Search Monetization branch!!!! I can't vouch for the link shortening because I haven't used, but since it's the same company, should be good.

I disagree, I don't think you really understood the context of the method.
For someone who really needs a job will wait 15s, either ways you get paid for impressions as well.
About the links, I already mentioned that use messages, I never mentioned to post links directly.
