META Ads Learning Phase

I’ve been running a product for awhile now, reason being that I have been having ad account issues and have not gotten a proper test since everytime I run ads I either get restricted or have unforeseen issues in some way. 3 weeks ago, I started my ad campaign on a Saturday, and that day I got 5 sales before getting restricted same day. Last Saturday, I tested another campaign and got 3 sales, before getting restricted again same day. This time, I cannot escape the learning phase even though those two successful campaigns were ripping the first day I ran them. I refuse to believe I need to spend full budget for a week so that FB can learn who to target. Any suggestions?
Sounds like FB is flagging your assets quickly. Fast performance followed by restriction often means the system sees the setup as risky. Instead of scaling immediately, try slow warm-up, lower spend, and trust-building signals. Learning phase is harder now—manual review and system delays are more aggressive, especially for high-risk offers.

You're facing a common issue: new or flagged accounts get restricted easily, even if the campaign performs well. The problem isn’t that Facebook needs a big budget to learn — it’s that your account lacks trust. Launching aggressively, especially on weekends, often triggers auto reviews and shutdowns. A better approach is to warm up the account first with a video view or engagement campaign for 1–2 days, then launch your main campaign. Also, avoid risky creatives (bold claims, unclear landers). If restrictions keep happening, consider using a rented BM or a trusted agency account.

Bro, what kind of account are you talking about, you can use a better account

Sounds like you’ve got the classic “FB loves your money, hates your account” problem.
If you keep getting restricted mid-rip, it’s usually less about budget and more about account trust. Running on fresh or unstable accounts just resets the pain cycle — you kill learning before it even starts.
Either you babysit a compliant warm-up for a week or two before testing again, or you skip the drama and run on aged, high-trust accounts so you can actually let a winning campaign breathe without Meta pulling the plug.

Yeah, I’ve seen that happen. Split your audience, run small tests, and don’t tweak too much—sometimes only starting fresh gets you out of the stuck learning phase.

Facebook’s learning phase can stick if the pixel doesn’t get enough stable events. Try smaller budgets, narrow but consistent targeting, and avoid constant edits — hitting 50+ conversions per week helps exit learning faster.
