Ehhhh I think I already charge the most on fb, most people complain I'm too expensive haha. Then some come back (after comparing all the competition) and pay. So I don't even want to get fb ads for myself because these leads aren't that good, I only use them because I have them for free. On linkedin there's more higher paying leads (but don't underestimate the number of brokies eh) but it sends less traffic... Same with their ads, just more expensive, limited traffic. They ban people for just adding contacts, it's getting ridiculous (okay linkedin, if you don't want people to use you, that's fine xD). Designrush keeps sending me these emails inviting me to bid (like upwork connects?) on these 11k clients (and in dollars) but idk if scam or real, the platform itself is fairly expensive and I'm not sure if I should do something to make my agency look better for these type of clients...Have you tried slapping an extra zero on your pricing?
10x your price.
So if you're selling some service for 1k you'd sell it for 10k (or even higher,)
Higher price = less buyers BUT those who do buy won't be as demanding.
Plus more profit = hiring more lovely people to offload the stuff you hate doing.
I've read most people vastly undercharge due to fear of noone buying so they charge a little less than what their competitors do...
You've joined other social medias? Be careful with spreading yourself too thin though.
One reason also why the blog + sm posts, the content itself (just the blog for now) is quite nice, visuals also, I think it already looks 10x better than just some one pager. So even if I end up with seo fail I'll have nice branding for these better clients, or even cheapies (+ high volume) would more likely convert. I already have maxed out recs and endorsements on my linkedin and it makes a huge difference, I had like 0 content all this time so I can add that now. I figured since I already have the blog posts, I can repost the excerpts to linkedin for example (seen ahrefs do that on their company page... I know, saas not agency, but good idea imo) and do some shortened versions as carousels for fb/ig + invitation to go to my blog. It'd be rehashed same thing anyway, but different formats for different platforms (more visual for fb/ig right, more text on li, full thing on the blog). Plus I can re-share that everywhere in addition to dming outreach message over and over again.
As far as paid I'm 100% more convinced to buying bhw membership rather than paid ads, just look at all these people looking for backlinks in wtb / haf sections. It's very cheap for that amount of leads. But a lot of these buyers use upwork and fiverr too, what if the lead quality in these bhw freelance sections is like that (ie not good, I quit fiverr lol)? I know some marketplace threads' owners do well, ahrefs owner had a backlinks thread here, @TheMarquis doesn't complain, @proxygo got retired for health reasons, so it seems like he had relatively stable income if it got to that point lol, I don't think @splishsplash is broke. Like, there's money here. But uh, still a lot of these questionable buyers too, I think. Plus this is very niche place, if you're selling something like proxies (I don't have that) or some very niche bh service, idk ad accounts (fuck I don't have any if I don't have wh clients for ad management because the accounts are leftover after them, so for me it's more practical to sell them to that ukrainian dude I sell to on fb rather than have a bhw thread up all the time) you're good to go, but what about me with relatively wh stuff? It's probably easiest in my case to go to haf / wtb and try to sell backlinks but idk what prices are going here and if I'll be competitive... Ahhhhh. That designrush thing with high paying clients interests me but fuck it's expensive... What if I'll blow shitloads of cash on designrush and the prospects will come to the conclusion I don't sound convincing enough or I still lack something (so maybe it's a good idea to still get some in-between experience, clients that pay more than my current ones, but maybe not as hardcore as designrush) or even that they prefer US agency xDDD. Eh. So, you see, I have a lot of stuff to think about.
Also, I don't really want to have an agency! I just wanted to practice a bit on paid ads clients and do fulltime aff campaigns instead. And most people actually want fuckin reels, not ads, so I never get as much ads clients as I want and have an oversupply of smm clients. Like, I don't even fuckin want to do client work. I want to invest lol. Maybe I should do aff or forex idk, it's not like I don't have money to invest now. But I try to be reasonable and don't get hysteric like idk reasski did and just randomly quit his job. Realistically most people hate their jobs, it's sad, but it's not the end of the world. So I'm trying to be reasonable and continue, improve on what I already have and try other things on the side to quit once other things start working. But yeah, all that drama for something I don't even want to do in the first place. It's like... Responsible thing to do now is getting more traffic to my offer and improving what I'm already doing. But do I *want* to invest in that? Should I fuck it and invest into what I actually want to invest in (something that doesn't involve clients like forex or aff)? Should I quit my business (or self employment rather hah)? I already called it a 'job', it's going in bad direction lol.
Thanks for trying to help and giving advice @UnusualSubstance , sorry this post is so long idk how that happened xD
