Merchant and Google Ads are constantly blocked

Hi,
my Merchant and Google Ads accounts are frequently being blocked. I'm trying to figure out what I should do to minimize the chances of this happening. Each time, I first receive a block on my Merchant account for 'misleading customers,' and then after a few days, my Ads account is also suspended. I use various payment methods, and each new account is set up with extra precautions. I've noticed that some accounts - the older ones - operate smoothly without any issues. Could this be a key factor? Should I consider purchasing Merchant or Google Ads accounts with a longer history of operation or spent budgets? Can you please provide me with a link to information that can help me with this?

Definitely consider buying, old one are less restrictive. New one can be resolved too but requires manual support from Google and Google is little more strict with new accounts.

recently, GMC is the most challenging for advertisers because it got suspended instantly when advertisers registered it. it's common, all of the advertisers are struggling with this problem and cannot find out a solution. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to buy GMC because it's not stable and they reg it by their info and store. When Google staff review it, only one result is suspension => waste of money

what is the solution then??? i have a legit store, legit inventory, i own the inventory for over $50k in stock. business legit.. ect. they keep suspend me for misrepresentation. ive been in contact with 3 people who can " fix " this issue, no one seems to fix it. .... i dont understand what to do anymore. I also thought buying old merchant accs + google ads acc will fix this.....???

buying GMC just makes it worse dont believe any one who suggest you buying reactivated GMC. You cannot use it in long term.

understand, but how to solve this misrepresentation when everything is legit? docs, inventory, evcerything....

I think the problem will be solved if you buy European Ads accounts with old GMC accounts. You just need to log in to your account using a new and clean vps. because your proxy address is blacklisted.

Buying old accounts , whether they have good spend history or not , will prove time and time again that they will never last in the long run.

Your best bet is figuring out how to make accounts you make work. This will provide long-term benefits and from your business model, this is what you want.

Theres obviously something wrong here, I've never personally been suspended for misleading customers. Can you provide more details?

When you get suspended, you obviously have a chance to appeal. Are you appealing? I think appeals may be key here because everyone gets suspended. Usually after your first suspension and reinstation, things right a bit more smoothly.

Yeah, you’re not wrong. Most of the time when Merchant gets hit for “misleading,” Ads won’t be far behind. It’s usually because Google sees a mismatch between what your site claims and what the user experience actually delivers (like shipping, refund policy, or unclear business info). And yeah, trust signals like domain age, account history, and stable spend absolutely play a role — older accounts with consistent spend and clean behavior do survive way better.


Buying aged accounts with solid history (Merchant + Ads) can give you a major edge, especially if they’ve had real spend and no suspensions in the past. Just be careful who you buy from — some sellers push botted junk that still dies fast. Look for setups that also cover warming, billing methods, and have clean product data.


And yeah, make sure your landing page is clean, legit, fast-loading, and transparent about policies. Most suspensions trace back to poor prep on-site, not just account age.
