Merchant account for IPTV?

Hello Money Makers,
i always think about redirecting customers to pay ( on Aliexpress or Gumroad ) for IPTV subscriptions after I deliver the service.
but the account is hard to find and Gumroad ask for Tax also thought about Fiverr but they have a fee of 20% which is too much

do you guys know any platform for a digital product where i can create an account and redirect my client for the payment as i get banned by stripe and many times -limited by PayPal

or any easy approval high-risk merchant

We have tried a lot of 'high risk payment gateways, all of them was a scam.

Use Paypal with dummy website and pray

Yes, I think that was what OP means : marketplace had its built in payment gateway

After several banned I decide to get real human reseller by cities, I give them a good rate and they collect the money and transfer via PayPal those out of the county and vía zelle locally,

But as i See they started banning IPTV listing on Aliexpress
