I'll be honest I joined BHW for the advertising opportunity. Other forums allow you to buy marketplace ranks for less than $30 so it's very easy to advertise there, however not as many serious buyers.
BHW's 100 post before Jr. VIP rule was a little off-putting at first but I realised it's really the only way for me to get exposure from the forum. So I'm on my journey to Jr. VIP.
One thing I want to say is that the 100 post rule is really effective. I'm only at around 50 right now but being forced to take part in the forum has made me feel so much more involved and genuinely interested in BHW than any other forum I'm a part of.

Looking forward to getting one of these real soon. I've been here for sometime, but i have been more of a consumer than a giver. It's time to start sharing what I've learnt in my years of doing business online.
 
Yea, the BHW Jr. VIP status is really worth it.
Got into this conversation with few colleagues of mine and we all agreed on this subject.
I'm planing on upgrading my account in next few days. BHW have lovely community and this will be worth every dollar.
100+30 for marketplace thread is worth it! Can't wait!
 
So If i have 100 post and 60 days, I can upgrade to VIP JV for 147$/year ?
and I can access to "Want to buy" and "Hire a freelancer" section
But if i want to sell on marketplace, i will continue to buy for 30$/thread (when I am a JV vip) ?

How many services can I post /run at a time on the marketplace with Jr. VIP?
 
So let me get this right....

If I pay for JNR VIP at the end of June I will still get it at the current price? And I will continue to pay that price as long as i renew my subscription?

You need 100 posts, but spamming introductions and replying ' thanks, great share' isn't the way to get to the 100. Please keep that in mind.
 
I had to Google search to get to this thread. I think it should be pinned up where everyone can see. I'd really love be on the marketplace and have a sales thread. Any advice from anyone?
 
ah, it is kinda sad to know that the price for being jr. vip will be 149 after july 19, By calculation i won't be able to buy it at 97 anymore:weep:
