[Mega Thread] Instagram's botting limits (to be updated)

What do people think about Blazing Proxies? I recently got PVed when I tried to make posts directly from Jarvee via the proxy.
i was able to follow, but was getitng action blocked when liking. didnt even bothng posting

Great thread. Couple things:

1. Edvard Benk: Something you wrote months ago gave me the idea to setup private proxy network with Rasp Pi's and its been a game changer. I used to setup a computer on-site at the client's office or home. That was a pain in the ass and expensive. Most importantly though is the peace of mind. IMO proxies are the weakest link in the chain and I can sleep better at night knowing I'm not going to wake up to all my client accounts being action blocked one day. I strongly agree with Edvard that setting up your own private proxy network is the way to go.

2. Instead of VNC I use the free version of TeamViewer to remote in and configure port forwarding on client's router. No limits I'm aware of as long as you check its for personal use when installing.
I used to have teamviewer, but teamviewer is an unreliable piece of shit that was ditched when I realized that VNC has 100% server uptime compared to teamviewer constantly not connecting

Hi guys,
I'm not sure if this is the best topic to ask this, but...
I've bought 4 ig aged accounts and 2 ipv4 proxies for them and I would like to now if I wanna edit the username and bio its ok if I login directly on the web browser or should I use the proxies for each accounts?
Its the first time I'm doing this.

You could, or you could even use the app.. won't make a difference.. you'll likely get an initial pv since you're using it from a new location. Better off just adding it to your bot if you're using one and making all changes within it.

Make sure you log in first and don’t touch it for 3 days. That’s usually the safe zone

Thank you guys!
I used the web browser and then i saw that you can edit the bio and username in jarvee lol..but everything seems good so far.

UPDATE: comment module kept giving action blocks, so I switched to like module with comment option. New numbers - no blocks for 36 hours so far.

Numbers will be posted later.

hey, what are the setting for safe daily unfollowing? can you go as low as 30 sec delay?

Hi, thanks for your insights! I just have one account, my business main account, which I'm considering to bot. First of all I'm still considering if I should do this, as I have put tons of work into the account already and really really really don't want to lose it. If I decide to do it I will try to set up my own residential proxy and use a VPS or buy an old PC and let it run at home 24/7. How difficult is it to set the whole thing up with a rasperry pi for someone with very basic programming knowledge? (I know some HTML, css, java) Or is it even worth the effort? I'm unsure what I should do, especially because I only have one shot at this and can't waste my account.

Between actions? You can do that with following, and from my experience you can unfollow at a much faster rate with less repercussion. Randomize it though, take advantage of the fact that you can specify a minimum and maximum and set them with a good amount of space in between so your timings are really different each time.

Also enable "comment on liked posts" with 30-40% chance of comment. 48 hours, no blocks. Using proxy6 so it's relatively safe settings.

I don't know why most users have so much problems.. my account have no limits.
Just had one shadow ban, but just because I posted every day to the same time.

I use home my IP for botting.

You don't have any problems because you are using your home IP bro. It is much different when using proxies

Then why you are using all a proxy? I don‘t think that the most of you have more then 10 accounts. o.o

some people don't want to run their computer 24/7, a lot of people have more than 5 accounts(would not recommend more than 5 accounts on your home ip) and others have a fking slow internet connection
