I'll need to write that one down for personal testing, sounds like a very thought out systemThis is one of my main accounts @ 53K / 9 Months Old.
Warmed for three months @ 70/200/400 Actions Per Day
Last 4 months doing like the below
Likes 7-10/Hour
Comments 4-6 Per Hour
Saves 1-3 Per Hour
Follows 30-40 Per Hour
Un-Follow 15-30 Per Hour
Random Intervel is 90-140 Seconds
Daily Rest is 2-3 Times of 30-45 Minutes
Weekly 2 times 6-8 Hours Breaks
Initially Monthly 2 Day ( Month 3,4 and 5) Now 1 Day Complete Off.
Looks like A working Schedule, But that's what earning me 4-8$ Every Day
have never had any problem with the above.

I am still looking for proper systems of warming up accounts... I am a relatively noob at this with all honesty.. if you could drop some knowledge I'd be real grateful

Account age is over 5 months now. I warmed it up for 3 weeks. By 4th week I was giving 600-700 likes per day.

I think it has to do with targeting. Do you target off of hashtags or some other way? What method do you use for userscraping?

I'm Not A Pro Either And I Do Not Have A Bulletproof Method Of Warming Up Accounts
This Is Just The Way I Do
If You Are Warming Up For Growing Accounts (IDK About CPA)
Actions = Follow/Unfollow/Likes/Comments/Post
If You Bought An Aged Acc No Matter From Whom
Warm It Up For 5-7 Days
Day 1 & 2 .. Let The Account Run On The Proxy , Edit The Profile.
You Can Skip This If Your Acc Came With Proxy And U Din't Buy Proxy From Somewhere Else.
Day 3 Run 5-10 Actions And Increment By 10-20 Each Day Until Day 7.
Day 8 Try To Do 100-150 Actions And Increment By 100 Each Day Till You Reach The Limit Of Your Choice
If You Create An Acc From Ground Up
I'd Do The Same Thing As Above But Would Extended It To 14 Days.
Again, This Is Just My Way
Also I'd Like To Add , Post 4-5 Pictures On Your Acc Before You Follow/Like 100 Times/Day As It Gives These Followers Something To Make Of From Your Account & Follow You.

Let's just hope IG won't limit actions to like 500 a day, we would be all f*ckd on very first day. Especially if they do something like that without heads-up.

It doesnt depends on Proxies, I am Using Cheap 1$ Dedicated Proxis mainly used by SEO peoples so its spammed ips i get still i dont have any blocks

MP is completely discontinued or old existing users can still use the program? I'm using GMT2 by the way, but as it's super unstable, I'm looking for more options. Please advice a junior
That's insane I thought only expensive proxys can get this many actions without block... currently using free proxys but I'm looking to start buying. What do you recommend that hasn't been fvcked by the abusers yet?
