Mega menu plugin

I have been seeing this around for a while. It looks cool. The thing is when we hover the pointer over the menu a drop down comes with pictures and a description.I read somewhere that its a plugin named mega menu. But when i searched plugin directory of wordpress I couldn't find it. It looks cool and really want one in my blog. Anyone know about it?
