Mediavine - second site with less than 50k sessions

Legends tell of page owners getting their second site into the program while still below the 50k threshold.

Does anyone have any experience or advice on getting accepted early?
What do you think the minimum number is that they would accept, for a good-looking quality site, that is steadily growing?

The only info I have found is that your chances are better if your first site is over 100k sessions. This is to prevent you from hoping to adthrive.

My first site is 60-70k/month. My second site just passed 20k.

I don't know about MediaVine, Ezoic used to have account rep. Ask yours he might be able to help you with the information.

I'm pretty sure they'll just ask to submit the site and either accept or reject.

I'm looking for tips that might help guarantee acceptance.

My second site on Ezoic got accepted with as little as 30 visits/day.

If your main one is good, you should be good to go.

The approval process for Ezoic is very different.

I actually thought they removed all restrictions off additional accounts. I have been able to manually add sites without any approval process for a few years now, and I know others who have the same option.

Also, Ezoic is garbage.

What is a better alternative for sites without 50k visitors/month yet?

That was true a few years back but i don't know if it's still a thing. Maybe ask them on their FB page.

They did. Anyone can register now.

Is that due to load time issues? I've heard that's a major problem as well.

Yeah! It was load time issue, one more issue I found was that my hosting company was blocking the IPs of their CDN.
After a lot of mess I removed their cloud integration and connected Ezoic via their plugin. I got all my traffic back.

I tried connecting via the Ezoic plugin but then it was also problematic because it was said to be colliding with WProcket. Do you use any speed optimization plugins? How did you find a way around this?

It happened with me too, I removed WP rocket. If your site is hosted on LiteSpeed server, you can use LiteSpeedCache plugin.

I hadn’t got any issue simce then. Try to play with caching option (check/uncheck) in Ezoic plugin, sometimes it creates issues.

What theme are you using, I am using GeneratePress. There are a lot of things that can create issues with this stuff. I’m neither a programmer nor a web developer. I had to go through a lot of tutorials here and there.
