MediaConsult did a false charge back on my paypal

In the below hire a freelancer thread she posted a job and I asked her to give me this job.
I have taken $250 and started the work, we haven't discussed to provide any refund and she is threatning me to shit list and take refund.
We have also not discussed any thing about rank improvement with just forum links I registered accounts on the given forum sent 7-10 sample links and told her forums are taking time. I can't tell you exact number of posts a month. Though we are working on this project and it is on continuation.

The problem is as I told her I can't refund, she charged back on paypal , I told her your work is being done and I can't refund.

The rank of other links are getting down that are not with me and she is blaming me for that for no reason

I told her that I will do some link building with forum links and I did that and she came back and told me not to do that and I stopped.

Even then she was asking for refund from the second week and today it was 4th or 5th time.

I have invested effort and money so can't refund her.

She is still not cancelling the dispute. A week after hiring me she had tried to hire someone else it can be seen in this HAF thread
I am sorry for getting into the past but it looks she has a strategy of assigning work and taking refund even before the work cycle this post by a senior member should be taken into consideration as some how it relates to my dispute.
I offered her refund and asked her for thrity days time just not to harm business reputation but she is making it a point that I haven't worked so I am refunding.
I am sure I should not refund her: as she was billed with non refundable invoice, and her work was started. Also, refund was not discussed while giving work.
Now, I request @MisterF and @BassTrackerBoats to take strong action against her to stop this sort of instance in future. Please do the needful.

What strong action ? Pop round to their house and collect cash ?

Come on be realistic here, MediaConsult was last seen: Jul 22, 2018 = so until they are next on here and respond this is at a pause. This means you don't need to bump this unless it is to say it's been resolved already away from the forum.

Keeping in mind the above, the next person to post in this thread should be nobody other than @MediaConsult to give their side of things.
 
Hi sorry for the late post. didn't see it till now.
the whole case was under PayPal dispute because the worker did not provide any work what was required. we had a list of forums to which the backlinks should have been submitted. we. did not want to have any random links.
worker posted random links in forums which are not on our list and not appreciated
then stop posting completely
we could not leave this project just like this so we started creating links manually
then worker started to complain we hire somebody else which was not true, we just started building links ourselves since we did only get promises and no work for it.
the worker just went on complaining that we build links ourselves and when we asked for a refund he told us that he has no refund policy

really come on no work was provided at all. so we went and disputed on PayPal. there he tried to make out that we opened a case for goods and that it is not true so he should have the money.... we explained the whole situation to PayPal and also forwarded Skype messages from the worker so PayPal did decide in our favor and refunded.

we don't see why we should pay for work that was never delivered

I can submit the list of forums to the moderator and password to our hrefs account and you can check that links were never created just a few manual ones by ourselves

beside the spam links which has been placed made our overall ranking very bad! it was never agreed to user random links but only links in pre-selected forums, which have never been provided

Her work was being done already informed her links were live, in her HAF thread she asked post spam forum links that also done and few of them deleted report shown via Google drive. She after a few days before completion agreed 30 days just in 19 days filled a dispute. Also, tried to hired someone on this forum from HAF section. As mentioned in above post .
She had not told me she will threaten me do shitlist for no good reason even multiple time from day five, she also never discussed that she will ask refund for spam job or before work cycle.
PayPal refunded her as I do not provide report via website. Even, I don't operate services via any website.
This was only a strategy to stop the work as she was doing it on her own or hired someone else.

@MisterF , @MediaConsult was looking to get refund and she got it. I am in loss of $100 at least but now 2.5 months passed so I request make any decision and close the shitlist.

This isn't how the forum works; you are unhappy with a seller then this is the way to go forward. Same with any seller unhappy with a buyer.

What Paypal decide has little bearing on the outcome of a Shitlist, as we know they have their own guidelines same as we have ours.

The seller has already provided proof they did the work, so you doing a chargeback was not the way forward.

I'll come back to you for more information, if required.
 
no its absolutely not true! he did not create links in the forums we have agreed! so he cannot provide proof as he didn't do the work!
 
beside himself he did offer a refund! so what is this dispute about ????
its up to us if we don't want to wait 30 days for a refund!!! he also did not wait 30 days to get payed!

@MediaConsult I never wanted negative balance on my PayPal so taking that into mind I asked you to refund and I told the same to community. Please post full screenshot of skype chat.

Don't have a time fixed. 40K links . Should be done over the time. You were also informed two out of these links allow instant signature and if we hurry spam forum post will be deleted. Also , number of post can't be guaranteed as this is spam forum post job.

I have also told to @MisterF that she started to ask refund from very first week, when I already had invested around $100 +, she also did the chargeback before agreed period of 30 days
