Media Buy Platforms/Networks List

Hi,
I don't know what's the most relevant section for this thread so if it is not correct mods please move it to proper section. I am looking for some great media buying platforms which most of the Imer's are using?

Two of them that I have learnt about are:

1. SiteScout
2.Adbuy

Are there any other legit and high quality media buying networks that you are aware of?

Yeah i'm interested in this as well because im looking to get a smaller media buy happening.
