maxbounty asking 50 dollars to open account

i was asked from maxbounty fifty dollars via bitcoin just to open my account (in south suisse - europe)

is it a normal behaviour or is it hust a way to piss me off?

Never heard of that before. Sounds fishy!
Who contacted you with the request for the $50?
 
It's a fraud request. Maxbounty doesn't ask any money to open an account.
 
You landed on phising page :D
 
They do reset your balance to zero if you are inactive. At least that happened to me... -200$

It is in their TOS:

4.13. If Affiliate has not logged into their account for six (6) consecutive months, it will be moved to an inactive status. If this inactivity continues for nine (9) months, MaxBounty reserves the right to terminate the account for inactivity and debit any remaining balance that is held in the Affiliate account.

Still don't think that's very nice..needless to say, i threw away their christmas card.

i was not inactive, just tried to open account
 
Besides what has already been mentioned, another red flag is asking for payment via bitcoin. In general, no legitimate business would demand payment via an untraceable and irreversible method. The same is true of sellers who ask for payments through payPal F&F, cashier's checks, and similarly irreversible means.
