MaxBounty usually requires a phone interview to approve accounts, so skipping it is tricky. You could try scheduling a call with a translator or asking if email verification is possible, but most people who don’t speak English use someone to help with the call.
I don't know any translator
you can try contacting their support to ask if email verification is enough, or use a translator during the call. some affiliates also team up with someone who can handle the interview for them.
