Mautic, Mumara, Mailwizz or Atomic email sender - what should i use?

Hello BlackHatWorld community,

I want to mention that I have access to a list of 10 million US email addresses of people who have participated in sweepstakes before. I plan on using this list for my bulk email marketing campaign, but I want to make sure that the emails are delivered to the recipients' inbox and not marked as spam.
So let me tell you about my setup:
-cheapest Windows VPS with port 25 open - 5-20$
-US SMTP - 10-20$
-Email sender to setup the SMTP and send the email: here I need to choose between Mautic, Mumara, Mailwizz or Atomic email sender, but keep in mind that I'll pay someone on fiverr to set the software up for me

Unless you can control the minds of the receivers, you cannot avoid being marked as spam.

I don't understand why you are buying an SMTP when you are already purchasing a port open windows. Surely, no one will say no to money. Go ahead!

Your only option is the Atomic Sender. You cannot use any other option for your ideas unless you are an expert who knows how to use XAMPP.

I have used Atomic email sender in the past.You can get decent inbox rate with it using a good SMTP.

Atomic email sender is easy to use.No technical knowledge required to use it.I have not used Mautic etc so cannot comment about them.

Hi, I have a Program written by myself, It can rotate unlimited IPs and automate schedule queues, I write in Java code. It sends emails with PMTA and rec with Postfix. It's very powerful

hey can i dm you? im working on a system for myself - it mostly going to be built using postal, mautic. but im wondering if theres a better way than constantly spinning up servers and installing all this stuff with ansible. i write python mostly
