For your Bing campaigns do you usually use phrase or exact match for your keywords? I'm currently testing exact match, but I'm not getting much for clicks.

Go with phrase match when starting out. Phrase match is safer, cost efficient and can bring better results. Also look for search terms.

Search terms should be a tab under keywords. It shows exactly what the customer typed in. You can did look and filter out certain keywords or add negative words.

You can then take the keywords found under the search terms tab and create a separate campaign if you want for Exact match. Make sense?

Make sure when creating a campaigns you set the target locations to your country and people in your country for search just on Microsoft network sponsored. Located in your settings or when creating a campaign.

Start with phrase if you don't have conversion data. If your campaign is well established, you can try using broad with CPA bid to hunt for exact keywords.

I looked at the "search terms" section and I ended up adding a few search terms to the negative keyword list. Thanks for the suggestions...

With my new campaign "phrase match" is giving me search terms that are not even close to what I'm targeting. I'm going to see if switching to exact match gives better results.
