I looked at the "search terms" section and I ended up adding a few search terms to the negative keyword list. Thanks for the suggestions...Go with phrase match when starting out. Phrase match is safer, cost efficient and can bring better results. Also look for search terms.
Search terms should be a tab under keywords. It shows exactly what the customer typed in. You can did look and filter out certain keywords or add negative words.
You can then take the keywords found under the search terms tab and create a separate campaign if you want for Exact match. Make sense?
Make sure when creating a campaigns you set the target locations to your country and people in your country for search just on Microsoft network sponsored. Located in your settings or when creating a campaign.
