MassPlanner2 Ideal Settings and a couple Q's

I just got MassPlanner2 after I heard so many reccommendations on here.

Couple questions:

1. Can I prevent Mass Planner from following more than my followers (keep a positive ratio)?
2. Can I make it so Mass Planner only unfollows the accounts it has followed and not any of my current following?

Now wondering about ideal settings or someone who can point me in the right direction for settings (most posts I'm finding just say it depends on your account), so here is what I'm working with.

• 650 followers
• 1000 tweets
