massplanner problems with too many accounts?

hello bhw,

i have been having a problem that i hope someone might have the answer to. i use massplanner to run all my social media accounts. i am running 50 accounts so far but i want to run 200 soon. but the more i add the slower my computer runs and massplanner is using 98% of my cpu. i run massplanner on my vps and it has a 4 core cpu and 16gb ram so im sure its strong enough. any ideas what it might be? thanks in advance.

I have but I haven't received any solutions yet. I have updated and reset mass planner like they have said and also lowered simultaneous connections but it hasn't helped any.

You should definitively contact the support from Massplanner as well as the support of your VPS. I use Massplanner 2 on a free Amazon VPS. I believe it is only with 512MB and I have no problem but currently I have only 7 social media accounts running at the moment but all runs perfectly smooth.

you need dedicated server if you want to manage 200+ I have the same problem as yours few weeks ago. Dont order any type of VPS because they are shared to many users and resources are not dedicated. Look for E3 or E5 dedicated server, pricing starts at $100+ but it will be worth it

I had no problem running that number of accounts. I was running up to 30 accounts with no problem. But as soon as I moved it up to 50 accounts it became too much for it and now it takes up all my cpu and runs slowly.

Really? See I was thinking about moving up to something stronger but I wasn't sure if I would need a dedicated server, I thought a vps would be enough. I will look into it soon. Thank you for the advice friend.

For that price, I would lease a powerful PC and fibre optic broadband and let it run 24h from home

how do you know how strong of a server or cpu you need though? im trying to have 1400 accounts running simultaneously and i have a pretty strong vps and it cant even run 50 right now. here are my vps specs:

16GB RAM
4 Cores CPU
600GB SATA/120GB SSD
Unmetered bandwidth
10Gbps Port

what makes an e5 server so strong?

what's your CPU? well if it's something like core2quad which was released over a decade ago it's still wound't make the cut. 4 core doesn't mean it is capable of 100's of accounts already. You have to consider clock speed, generation and the multi-threading capability.

my cpu specs are: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU D-1540 @ 2.00GHz. how do you tell how strong a dedicated server or vps you need for say 1400 accounts?

You can do that with 2x E5 CPU but it will be super expensive though.

yes, my estimations that single E3/E5/i7 can run only around 400-700, to meet your requirements 1400 accounts you'll need 2x Xeon E5 cores which is really expensive for the server alone.

BTW where did you purchase your proxies?

I got them from high proxies because it was recommended by mass planner and I had problems with the ones supplied by instant proxies

I suppose I will get a computer that is as strong as 2x Xeon E5 since that would be cheaper than running a dedicated server with those specs

MP eat a lot CPU resource, you need dedicate if you want run more then 100 accs

I'm currently running more 100 accs on dedicate with 8 core cpu , 2.5 Gh / per core

with this server, it can handle 100 - 200 accs

if you need run 1400 accs, perhap you flip on 2-3 dedicate with 16-32 core/per dedicate

looks like i will be purchasing a computer that is 2x Xeon E5 to run all my accounts on. think it will be ok to run it all the time though? normally i wouldnt with a personal computer but this will be used solely for my accounts.
