Massplanner problem

Hello guys
I use massplanner for instagram and I have an problem
When i try to post images, massplanner say "Published Succesfull" but on my account is nothing posted......i try several times on diferent accounts and the same problem.
You have that problem also? How to resolve this?

The best way to solve this problem is to contact their support.

Ask the support team via email, they are really fast at answering and can help you out better than everyone here.

Thanks for answers, I contactat support via massplaner but no answer till now...I will waything hope to answer

Massplanner have a bug since 17th of May which for some reason makes the photos being deleted instantly after upload. I have a few accounts affected by this, and others which works fine. They are apparently working on solving this.

I read on the mass planner facebook group that you should post from your cell phone once first then posts from mass planner will work properly. Or try posting from bluestacks first as well.
