Massplanner Newbie Advice Needed

1. Can you run the unfollow tool at the same time or do you have to shut down the follow tool and then run the unfollow tool for a few days until you get your following down to a reasonable level?

2. Can i log into Twitter using my laptop while massplanner is running and post more tweets or will this cause an issue? Will i have to stop massplanner first and then post and then restart massplanner?

3. What other features can i use that massplanner has to offer on the twitter side of things to help gain followers and exposure to my content and hopefully my website?

Any guides for newbies that you can link me to would also be appreciated.

I do not want to get banned from Twitter so want to keep everything nice and steady. I am only going to run 1 or 2 accounts per social media platform so i have not set up proxies etc, is this safe? (Massplanner say if you have 5 or more per platform then use a proxie).

Settings are:

Wait between 45 - 90mins before each new operation.
Follow between 2-8 people per operation
Follow a max of between 200-350 per day.
User has a profile pic
User has min number of 30 tweets
User tweeted in the last 10 days

What am i doing wrong and why is it soooo slow? Also does the application shut down if you put your computer into sleep mode?

You could easily get it up to Following 7-16 People per Operation, but i would keep the maximum at that limit,maybe 250 to 400 but not more if the account is new. A Phone lock on your account will come sooner or later.
