Massplanner Destination Lists / Campaigns Question

Hey Yall,
Im setting up my campaigns to post scraped content. I was wondering how to use one campaign to post to different content on multiple destination lists? is this setting possible? Pretty much this is the process: I have a folder that I add content to. I want to be able to publish from one folder to multiple accounts BUT have content be different when publishing. Is this possible? or do I need to set up 1 destination list 1 account and 1 campaign for every social media account? I see some people doing it with MP but I dont see the setting for this. Any help would be great. Thank you fellow blackhatters
