Using F&F for business and clients, they will say voids your claim etc. Even if you provide proof this was legit business dealings, they will side with the buyer if he/she says they were unauthorised purchases etc.

Can they request the money from my bank? my bank accounts are still connected on paypal although I removed the sepa.

Can they take legal action against me?

Like seriously, people still leave their funds in PP for one second? That's your mistake. PP is not a bank that will keep your money safe. You should move your funds in the next few seconds that your customers pay.

You can forget about paypal but remember still most of people prefer paypal so think if you can live without it.

My advice is Try to fight, provide all receipts / invoices and proof of work that service is delivered. As you said you received "240$ daily" it means payment was done manually not a "unauthorized" as stated in chargeback. You just need to prove that they are false about unauthorised. Recently i own 400$ chargeback on paypal which was paid via CC. It took 37 days, i submitted all possible proof of virtual service delivery.
