MASSIVE list of link building techniques! (15 Easy Post-Penguin Link Building Methods)

Press Releases are great and so is guest blogging. There are a couple of people in BHW that do guest blogging on their domain, I just got offered 3 guest blog posts on PR5 finance related domains for $120 by a provider here. They write the content as well, not cheap but if you care about your site and what a long term business I think these and PR should be some of the foundations of your links. I try to get a few high authority one's like this every month especially if they are niche specific.

Great thread PartyNeon [:

Can you please go into detail about press releases..
After you write a press release do you submit the same exact press release to multiple press release sites or do you submit a completely different press release to them?

Also, do you have any tips on making your own private blog network?
Do you think Google can read past private Whois and determine the website owner? Should I get friends to register domains to be safe or is it unnecessary?

Thanks

With PR you're much better not to spin just do one, once a month through a paid service prweb if you have a lot of money or try press release whirlwind in BST which has a lot of good reviews although I can't say for certain how good it is as I've just bought today.

QUESTION about HotFrog and Manta?? Do they take some affiliate sites in their directories or do you actually have to be selling a product/service from your site? And Manta requires physical address and other info so do you guys just make those up?

Thank you!

I Write 2-3 different press releases, and submit each to 4-5 different sites. As for the private link network... its alot of work. PM me, I'll respond with the techniques I use. I'm a little reluctant to share the exact methods on the forum. Registering different Whois is the way to go.

For the forum backlinks, would you recommend an in-post backlink, or signature backlinks? Or does it not matter?

So press release sites dont care if the content you are submitting can be found on other places?

Thanks for sharing all this information.

One thing I would like u to explain a bit is about Link Velocity. U said to keep it staggered, so u mean that link building should be like peaks and valleys or no 1 link per day kinda scheme and instead 5 links today then 10 links next week, I mean no patterns and abrupt sane blasts, like that?

Is there any software that helps with white hat link building? For example, it would log in to my bookmarking sites, forums, etc...

Yes, that is just about correct. It is good to have ups and downs, but not major spikes. So, gradually increase and slow down links, but don't build the same exact number every day.

That's some useful in depth information I never thought about the press release before ill look into that
thank you

Great post! Thanks for the methods.. will try to use the free ones :)

still work in 2015?

No, horrible advice. Sure there are use cases on the edge where these methods can work, but generally speaking the way that most people would go about getting those kind of links will cause problems with penguin.

THis is more like a guide of what not to do.

Awesome info. Thank you! I've been looking for a great plan to follow and this is it!

Thanks for the post! Very useful info but how does it work now? More than 4 years have passed...
