Massive Direct Scrapebox Blast on Brand New Website

Well good news on my scrapebox blasting!
I've had a look this morning and my homepage url is out of the sandbox :)
Positions are still looking strong, some improvement still needed... but by following bfellow's advice on here I've got it back on Google in about 7 days...

All I did when it went missing is keep running blasts every couple of days, I never pinged them (I'm too lazy and never see any advanced results with pinging), I also blasted quite a number of new phrases and deeper urls within the site - it's all looking good! Glad I didn't get scared and give up :)

Thanks Bfellow!

Would be interesting to see what happens with the results overtime without further work... i'm guessing they'll pretty much hold for a month or two and then slowly start dropping down... we will have to see!

Hi canes1717,

I don't have a website to point you to yet. The original website is going to stay private because I want to see what happens when it hasn't been touched for a month. And after over 6 weeks of work on it, definitely to want someone screwing with it.

As for the second site I am going to build to confirm the results of the first, I haven't even picked a topic yet, let alone a URL. I also am looking for two to three people who have been on BHW for a while and have a reputation. Here is what I am looking for in a monitor for the second site:

  • Minimum 100 Post Count
  • On site for at least 6 months
  • Reputation of 10 or higher
  • Anyone who has been actively posting in this thread before this goes to the front of the line.

Anyone though who is interested in a sneak peek of the new lists and services I am offering in exchange for a testimonial, please PM me. Canes1717, if you meant this website, please PM.

Thanks!

PM sent across to you.

bfellow could you tell me how you were getting your lists?

Surely they weren't all AA for the amounts you were blasting?

Were you harvesting them yourself?

I wanna blast my AMR links round the clock now and your method seems to have worked so I'm interested in this part of your process.

Would it be worth running the experiment on two sites? publishing the domain for one, and keeping the other under wraps - that way you could always compare the aid of the members here helping it along (and anyone trying to ruin the test) vs a secret op....

think it would be great to have everyone able to monitor one live.

I haven't checked this thread in a while, but it's good to see that you're still doing quite well. Excellent thread, keep at it!

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to check in real quick. Things are going crazy at my consulting gig right now, but it should be over in a week. Then I will have a three week break before my next contract which will allow me to super charge this thread a little.

To those who have PM'd me, I'll be getting back to you tomorrow. Just don't have the time right this minute.

UPDATE:

I have decided to stop blasting the current site as part of the experiment. Several of you have voice the idea of letting it sit and monitoring it to see how rankings and traffic hold, which I think is a great idea. I haven't blasted it in about two weeks now. In YSE the current backlink count is 35,999, so links are holding really well. Traffic is pretty steady in the mid to upper 60's per day which is also holding. Adsense continues to bring in $1-3 dollars a day pretty consistantly, and sometimes jumps up above $5.

I'll continue monitoring this site probably through the end of July but could continue from there.

MOVING FORWARD:

Moving forward I'll be launching a new site. This time with a few observers from this thread. That way they can report back on what they see as well. I will be keeping the site secret at the suggestion of most of you. When running an experiment it is better to keep variables to a minimum. I did entertain the idea of one public and one private site, but in the end it's to much work to maintain two sites with everything else I have going on at the moment. May approach this in the future however.

Thanks to everyone following the thread. It's really built up an awesome following with lots of great feedback and tips being exchanged.

Questions and comments always welcome!

How many live backlinks did you got from your AA blog list (per 1000 posted comments) on 25k AA with private proxies I got only 250BL :/ (I checked sb for backlinks)

Hi, Bfellow,

I have tracked this thread long enough.. and I think for a reason.. that is a certainty.. Yes!

I have always questioning is it ok to blast directly... while many of gurus and the like don't advise it that way.

And Truly ... I am encourage... and I do the blasting like yours... I blast my inner page with the main keyword and related keywords as names...

Oh.. yeah! I like the idea of leaving the link as it is... so the big G will find it by itself. That's why I don't do the pinging, anyway, doing some rss stuff are points in my thought... but I choose not to.. just let google find it by itself.

The result???

Well, I would not answer it now.. but if your experiment doing fine then I would be fine as well.. wouldn't I?

Please.. continue your experiments... I am motivated! thanks!

I hate to be a party pooper but this tactic is a direct path to de-listing.And quick one too!
I've done it on three autoblog sites . Not on the brand new but on a 2 month old sites which had about 800 pages by the time of blasting.I was blasting for a period of four weeks about 800-1200 comments per day with back links to deep pages. I was on page 1 position 5 for the iphone related keyword before I started but when I blasted I lost about 200 positions right off the bat. From there on sites were only loosing rankings - no gain whatsoever untill all of them got delisted. At different times but all of them went off the charts and I don't mean through the top. They fell through the bottom. Right now they are nowhere to be found . Keep in mind,I am not a noob autoblogger.I have quite a few sites that are doing alright and all of them pretty much alike and using the same backbone. So the SB tactic was to blame.
I kept one site which was visually pleasant and removed other ones so before you jump on the crazy idea of getting page#1 with crazy SB blasts think twice.
Someone obviously smoked some crack and decided to experiment with other's sites , suggesting a possibility of getting #1 with soley sb blasts.

IMHO one ought to be very VERY careful with SB and use it for other pusposes related to SEO other then 100-200 k comment blasts

I agree that SB blasts are not going to get you on the front page for anything that is somewhat competitive...

although I'm pretty positive it won't get you de-listed, because if that was the case I would be hiring my virtual assistant to spam the heck out of competitors all day.

I blasted two new sites in Fitness niche. They danced around page one for a while for multiple keywords, then fell off the earth. One returned in three months and has been on page 1 for a competitive keyword position 8.
The other was off the earth (except for some buried & $ meaningless pages like privacy or affiliate) for a full 6 months before returning to #1, page one. I only blasted once and have not touched the site since then. Remains at position #1. So if you can stand an extended stay in the sandbox, it might pay off in the long run.

Which pages of the domain were you blasting? Just the home page or deep linking too?

How many different comments did you use and was it the same keyword on each post?

How do you remove root domains? The only option I see are:

Remove Duplicate Domains
Remove Duplicate URLs
Trim to Root.

I'm using vesion1.15.15

In theory couldn't you trim to root and save as another list, then compare and remove that file from your main list?

It is obvious you didn't read the whole thread. I just spend 2 hour reading from OP to here and if you had done that, you would have learned the exact method you choose got your in the situation you are in.

TRUST ME! Take the time to read this thread and you will benefit....

Hey all,

Thanks for the comments. I am glad this is motivating some of your. Can't believe how strong this thread has become. It is just a testament to the BHW community.

Wanted to answer two posts real quick. Again, if you have a specific question, post it here and I will try to answer it in a timely manner.

This is a good question. I link to all pages of the site. So in my SB settings, I basically grabbed my XML sitemap, cleaned it up in a text editor, then saved to a TXT file and used that for my list.

For comments, I have a list of about 100 comments that are heavily spun. I add to this occasionally if I have some free time. Since all my targets are always AA blogs, It's really more important that the comments vary and not leave to big of a foot print vs. being 100% readable and believable. As for keywords, I just go into Adwords and grab keywords, or I go into Webmaster tools and grab the keywords Google is already associating with me, dumb them into one big list, and just let it fly.

Glad this benefited you! The key to blasting (according to the results of this test) are velocity and letting Google discover the links. I really think you need both of these. If you blast once and then do nothing, you will get hurt in the SERP's. I have done this test before. You MUST maintain link velocity.

Google likes to think it is smarter then everyone else, so let there bots discover your links. If you ping the shit out of all your links, it is a flag that this links are probably not organic in nature. Pinging once or twice when you are just getting indexed to let the SE's know you exist is one thing. Pinging every link is another.

As always, questions and comments welcome!

P.S. All PM's have been replied to. Thanks for the messages!
