You have to be more specific on where you're planning this to be done, mate. Are you planning to do this on Wordpress? Are you planning to have blog post links scheduled for sharing on Facebook? Or what? -Micah

WordPress has the option to setup posting time, but I guess you don't want to go on and edit this by hand, right? There is a free plugin called Drafts Scheduler that you can find the official WP Plugin repository, but it's 2 years old and hasn't been updated for the new WordPress releases. Still, I expect it to work fine and you could give it a shot.

Yeah I found it but never mind about the update as long as its functionality is not conflicting with another plugin
