Hey, does anyone know of a program or script that would allow me to install the same WP plugins across a network of blogs? I own and operate several WP Blogs and I would like to able to mass install plugins, automatically.

write yourself a simple script to run from SSH.. simple and the best way to manage WP

Plugin central is a must. all you have to do is list all the plugins you want in text. It grabs them all and installs them.

Easy with ManageWP as one above suggested, read more on ManageWP Guide. ManageWP is also free without premium features, I use it al the time.
