Mass Green Keyword, what to do now?

I've just found, and my eyes bumped out, my mass green micro niche keyword with a nice traffic and keyword PPC (it's my first one! );
(very good Seo competition: just a youtube video first and a forum with nice IC but nothing mroe)

What to do now?

Set my Wordpress, write an article, ping, and what? Suggestions welcome.

I will suggest to you write an article with using unique content that's best option.

Yes, content is definitely the way to go. With MNS sites, you need at least 2000 words of unique content to see top results since post penguin. I would split the content up into 5 articles, 400 words each. Use lots of H2 tags, probably 2-4 per article.
