As far as "complaint" tools go, it's going to mostly be grey in that area so exercise caution regardless of which ones you use.
For a manual/semi-automated approach, there's Meta’s own Business Suite. There's also a tool that helped managed DMs and comments in a lighter way if a bit more time consuming since it's partially manual. I'll see if I can find it again. Alternatively, there's straight-up automation tools like the SMM panels you might come across being mentioned here.

You can use some tools to do that. but if detected, your personal account will most likely be affected.
 
Don't do that, it's quite risky, split it into multiple accounts to be safe.

Yep Dave Smith yunapro on his yt channel has a video about this be build up a list fast he got 2k links, but he not mentioned how he done send DM messages to all these 2k people which is way over the FB limit. Say I have 1k links and posting 100 DM messages a day th enext 10 days. But it's not possible, because FB has this damm 24 hours time window, after that all my rest of links (her ein zthis example 900 links) will be gone, right? I can't comment or contact them again to renew this 24 hour window to send the next 100 people my dm message.

Since when this method works on FB so you must send dm anually daily 100 Dm messages + 100 comments to the next people to keep up the 24 hour window. Which is a slow workflow and pain in the ass, You be busy the whole day sending 100 DM messages + comments to the next 100 people...10 day long (based on the example of 1k llinks here) :

Maybe this will work when you not have a full website when you only have a single landingpage and work daily posting on FB, + sending 100 DM messages +100 comments and nothing else.

Is Twitter or IG better to send more in bulk like serveral hundreds DM messages every day? Twitter limit is 500 DM's a day, IG
I don't know....but I think when you posting visuals, text content or reels on IG and Twitter you can have a non clickable link in your content to your landingpage, would this be allowed ?
