Like you can name many accounts with same name if you want to keep brand the same etc.
Engaging users through legitimate channels such as Facebook Groups, Ads, and Messenger marketing (with opt-ins) is the best way to avoid risk and ensure compliance with Facebook’s rules.
And If you have a list of people who have explicitly agreed to hear from you , you can manually message them. However the volume should be kept manageable to avoid being flagged for spam.

They crack down on bulk direct massages fat. Keep it chill, make each message personal, and spread it out over multiple accounts if you have to.

sending direct messages too many times will lead to spamming your account you need to be careful and personalize each message otherwise you can prepare an account system to distribute messages to the target audience you want to send

Sending mass messages is always risky if not done properly. Keep your behavior natural, allocate time, avoid duplicate content and don't message complete strangers. Use high trust accounts, warm-up carefully and limit quick repetition if you want to go long-term.
