mass autoblog tools are there any?

I assume there are good wordpress blog building tools out there, but I hav not seen any. If anyone can suggest a tool that you give your domain to and it automatically builds the wordpress sites and gets them ranked and puts the adsense on the sites for you and has the capability to quickly build as many sites as you want please let me know. It also would be able to put the content on the site to and update the sites often. Thanks in advance for any help.

I see iAutoblog option.I didn't use that but i like its feature.You can try that.

And you can end up with disappointment.

Always try to make changes/updates on your sites. What is the use of cerating thousands of blogs if hundreds of people do that? be creative, mix soe tools and add a little bit from yourself.

That wil bring the money.
