Well basically. yeah I'd like to marry a virgin.. I have very high standards that are hard to meet. But this seems like "worse" to me, than if she had a penetrative sex. She is virgin, but she did everything except the penetration. Which is really to disturbing me.
And yeah I know that many people think I have gone mad or something.. but I am just old fashionedAnd AFAIK, no man wants to marry a slut. So obviously we all have some kind of standards.

You DO NOT have high standards. You have an undeniable level of FUCKTARDEDNESS! You are NOT CAPABLE of being a REAL MAN and a REAL HUSBAND right now. You are WAY TOO FUCKING IMMATURE, Way too SELFISH, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you get married, even if she is dumb enough to marry you.

I live in Australia now but i was born and raised in Vietnam so 1 night stand wasn't really a thing there.
Seriously though, i have never tried 1 night stand before so i always have an impression that it is something extremely wild, i would probably change my mind if some female members here willing to help me out. #PHD

If this is one of your main requirements, then I can pretty damn guarantee your relationships will never last long. I would suggest you to educate yourself about relationships and happiness first. "I think my wedding time is approaching". You dont marry someone just for the sake of it. Just because you are at certain age it doesnt mean you are obligated to live a life you see in the movies and ads.
