No, the stipulations to become one are already lenient enough.
Sixty days and a hundred posts are not too much to ask from one that wants to earn from the community.

If instead you want to sell in the marketplace , the marketplace seller upgrade will suit you better:

The current system for Jr VIP attainment is working just fine. Alternatively, you may purchase marketplace seller or Premium membership as an upgrade if you don’t qualify for Jr VIP.
