Marketing goes beyond just a problem/solution angle. If you do, you only know marketing on a surface level.
Just take a look at Pepsi vs Coke on Amazon prime which is a great documentary on marketing.
Both being big brands but do not solve any problem. We all know they are selling something with zero health benefits. Over the last 100 or so years, they have always created different messages for the public while tirelessly attempting to de-position each other. Now, this is something which will make you think for a moment.
The question is, would Coke have done better without Pepsi?
