Is anyone else having trouble loading Market Samurai today?
I have a legit copy, but it simply wont load today, im wondering if as I signed up for the trial and bought it on the first day, they might have not applied my licence properly in their system and have expired me? Wouldnt I get a message if that were so?

Yesterday it was working ok, and it did state at the top that it was a licenced copy. (not the cracked one that says licenced to bhw)
I cant get their website to load either....

Is it just me or are you having trouble too?

Do you have check the official website of Market samurai? Maybe they have some trouble. BEcause I'm trying to go on their website and can't load it
 
What about the actual program?
Can anyone else get the program to load?

Cracked version or full licence?

Im using a full licence version and it just wont load,
I can access the Settings menu from File>Settings (the other options are all greyed out.

It has a loading bar in the centre of the screen and doesnt ever load up my projects. Also at the top there is no writing at all next to "Market Samurai" it usually says something like Paid version Licenced to XXXX.

But it hasnt loaded that info either...

Does anyone have the support email address for Market Samurai so I can send them an email and ask for help. (Or a support telephone number...) ?
 
same here.. i have paid version..

seems like they're having tech difficulities..
 
I thought I was the only one with this problem, so I uninstalled, went to install again, and can't do it. After all that, I finally tried to go straight to the site, and it wouldn't load.

I knew I should have went there first!
 
Ok, well at least it isnt just me then...

So those of you with cracked versions are they loading ok?
 
Yes.. my legal version of MS is down. Let me guess... their servers are in Haiti:cool:
 
I have a cracked version and it loads fine. However it doesn't retrieve any of the SEOC, SEOTC or SEOTCR data (nor OCI data but that is always problematic).

For me, at least, the issue seems to be with the MS in-built proxies. In settings unchecking that option and pressing SAVE gets the data. However you don't really want to do this as using MS via your own IP will probably get you into 'trouble' with G.

Same boat, they are down... this is a good example that they collect your information same as Micro Niche... Why on the world we won't be able to use your software if their servers are down? I have a legit copy as well. Wrote them an email - no response so far 4 hours later. When they came back online I will wright them a nasty one. MFs playing big brother...
