Market Place Thread Question

Hey BHW hope all is well. I launched a market place thread for my SAAS platform on March 23rd and still haven’t gotten anyone to reach out for at test account or anything.

I know it’s a super hectic time but are the mods that busy or did something go wrong? I tried reaching out via the thread still no responses from anyone.

The marketplace team fo have a backlog at the moment so patience is important.

If you’ve sent lots of requests in for an update then you might have been pushed down the queue, however, if you’ve been patiently waiting then you could drop a message in to support and ask for an update - support.blackhatworld.com

@orcaly, I'll be picking up your thread shortly. However, in the future, please read the marketplace rules and content standards before resubmitting as this claim from your submission in unacceptable.

3. Why Is It All Taking So Long?
Prior to the pandemic, we were receiving over twice as many threads compared to previous years. During the pandemic, we're now not only receiving three times as many threads compared to previous years, but many new sellers have not been reading the marketplace rules and content standards, slowing down the process significantly for everyone. This, combined with the fact that we currently only have a handful of marketplace moderators processing threads means that it's taking much longer for services to go through the review process.
